Demand the Truth About The Torture of Detainees
We need as many people as possible to sign our petition, demanding that we get the whole truth about torture of detainees, who was involved in ordering it, and how we can ensure this never happens again. Whether that happens from an outside commission or Congressional committee isn’t as important as the whole truth being brought to the American people. Dear [ Decision Maker ] , We the undersigned call on our elected officials to demand the entire truth about torture of detainees. Torture has only served to embolden the enemy, help terrorist recruiting, and undermine our reputation in the world. It is not effective, and goes against the ideals of our military. Until we get the entire truth out, and understand how we got to this place, we cannot do everything that must be done to ensure torture doesn't happen again
