Due to changes in athlete registration, only a portion of the volunteer slots for this shift were needed. In general, we close unneeded slots as one way to ensure that there are enough assignments for all volunteers who sign up to have, thus improving those volunteers' experiences. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Summer Games Shift: Equestrian 4

Volunteer assignment:
Runner: Assist at event as needed - like asking judge for their scores, getting more chairs, etc. Be able to ask folks to politely move out of a walkway.
Work Crew Member: Move equipment as needed throughout the event.
Escort: Responsible for guiding team through registration, to and from competition areas, and to and from awards. Makes sure that team gets to the correct event, assist with water, etc. Sees that the team is returned to coach after the awards presentation.

Attire: Please dress for comfort and mobility. Wear comfortable shoes - you will be on your feet most of the time.

NOTE: This is a horse event, so jeans & closed toed shoes are preferable.

Parking: General parking is available at the Brazos Co Expo Complex.

For security purposes, please make sure to bring a current photo ID with you to the volunteer check-in area.
