- Restoration of the subsidized child care provider salary rate reserve to $12.5M (line item 1599-0042);

- Restoration of the Department of Early Education and Care's administrative account to $10,952,486, including the $100K earmark for the development of core competencies for those working with children in early education programs (line item 3000-1000);

- Restoration of the $1.3M increase for Resource and Referral Agencies (line item 3000-2000);

- Restoration of the $1M increase for Head Start (line item 3000-5000);

- Restoration of $1.5M for Professional Development (line item 3000-6050).
