Yesterday, your legislator was named to the conference committee that will resolve the differences between the House and Senate bonding bills. The House version of the bill is $10 million short of the necessary $60 million required for the state to seek federal matching funds to begin Northstar's construction. Conferees are expected to begin meeting very soon.

We need your help to make sure this year's final bonding bill provides $60 million for Northstar. This conference committee will make the final determination about whether we achieve that level of funding from the state for Northstar's construction.
