It’s full speed ahead for Northstar! Federal, state, and local officials will participate in a signing ceremony for the federal Full Funding Grant Agreement on Tuesday morning and we want you to join us.
This is a huge milestone for Northstar. The signing secures a commitment for $156.8 million in federal matching funds and releases another $97.5 million in state bonding for construction and trains.
Since you've been a strong supporter of Northstar, we hope you can celebrate with us. The ceremony will feature Gov. Tim Pawlenty, Lt. Gov. and Minnesota Transportation Department Commissioner Carol Molnau, U.S. transportation officials, members of Minnesota's congressional delegation, and state and local elected officials.
