The New Jersey Off-Highway Vehicle Association (NJOHVA) Is a coalition of Off-Highway Vehicle enthusiast that advocates responsible OHV recreation throughout the State of New Jersey.

The New Jersey Off-Highway Vehicle Association (NJOHVA) is a New Jersey not-for-profit coalition that advocates safety, environmental, conservation and land ethics education, serves as a communication network, and works to protect, promote, and enhance responsible and quality off-highway vehicle recreation opportunity.

Vision: To change the perception of Off-Highway Vehicle recreation within the state and to open up state managed land that you and I own.

Mission: Build a coalition of multi-use OHV enthusiast and supporters that will promote and strengthen the OHV interest throughout the state of New Jersey.

Purpose: Create legal OHV recreational oppertunities in the State of New Jersey and develop partnerships with decision-makers throughout State of New Jersey to recognize the importance of OHV recreational use.
