Verizon is bringing the most advanced fiber optic network in the nation directly to the doors of homes in Hanover.  Our FiOS network contains enough bandwidth to offer video, Internet and voice services. However, to take advantage of our video offering, called FiOS TV, the Board of Selectmen must approve our petition for a video license.
  
Verizon and town officials are currently in discussions for a video license.  Before issuing a license, the town will schedule a public hearing to discuss Verizon's petition and FiOS TV offering.
