The debate over health reform will wrap up soon—one way or another—we’ll have our work cut out for us. We hope you can join us at Health Action 2010 to learn more about the legislation, share field strategies with advocates from across the country, and gear up for the year ahead. Conference Costs: Early-bird: $395, ends December 31, after that: $445 (US Dollars Only). Fee includes three lunches, continental breakfasts, breaks, a Capitol Steps performance, a thumb drive, and all program materials.

Cancellation/refund policy: Conference registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) in the form of a check for written cancellation requests emailed or faxed no later than January 22, 2010. After that date there will no refunds made. Refunds will not be issued for conference no-shows. If you are unable to attend and wish to send a substitute, you may do so at no charge, however, your request to send a substitute must be made in writing prior to the conference. (Note: if you reserve a room at the Hyatt Regencey, you must call the hotel directly to cancel.)

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave., NW, Washington, DC. There is a special conference rate of $185 per room (single or double) plus taxes. (Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up until 3:00pm EST two days before your scheduled arrival date.)

Make your reservations directly with the hotel: Call 202-737-1234 or 1-800-633-7313 for reservations, all hotel rooms. If you want a non-smoking room, you must ask for it. Be sure and tell them you're with the Health Action 2010 conference to receive the special conference rate.
