Health Action 2009 takes place at the dawn of a new Administration and new era in Washington in which health care reform promises to be at the top of the national agenda.

Conference Costs: Early-bird: $375, ends December 19, after that: $425. Fee includes three lunches, continental breakfasts, breaks, a Capitol Steps performance, dessert party, and all program materials.
Cancellation/refund policy: Conference registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) in the form of a check for written cancellation requests emailed or faxed no later than January 23, 2009. After that date there will no refunds made. Refunds will not be issued for conference no-shows. If you are unable to attend and wish to send a substitute, you may do so at no charge. (Note: if you reserved a room, call the hotel directly to cancel.)
The conference will be held at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Ave., NW, Washington, DC. There is a special conference rate of $179 per room (single or double) plus taxes. (Reservations may be cancelled without penalty prior to 4:00pm EST on the day of arrival.)
