Health Action 2007 is being dedicated to the memory of Marian D. Delaney, who lost her battle with Inflammatory Breast Cancer on September 29, 2006, nineteen days after her 47th birthday, eleven months after her wedding, and seven months after diagnosis. Marian played a key administrative role in conference planning and was dedicated to making the conference run smoothly. Marian was one of those precious people who not only care about all of humanity, but who are also kind and loving to us as individuals.

Conference Costs: Early-bird: $315, ends December 18, after that: $365. Fee includes three lunches, continental breakfasts, breaks, a Capitol Steps performance, dessert party, and all program materials.
Cancellation/refund policy: Conference registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 processing fee) in the form of a check for written cancellation requests mailed or faxed no later than January 6, 2007. Refunds will not be issued for conference no-shows. If you are unable to attend and wish to send a substitute, you may do so at no charge. (Note: if you reserved a room, call the hotel directly to cancel.)
The conference will be held at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Ave., NW, Washington, DC. There is a special conference rate of $165 per room (single or double) plus taxes. (Reservations may be cancelled without penalty prior to 4:00pm EST on the day of arrival.)
Make your for reservations directly with the hotel: Call 202-347-3000 or 1-800-HOTELS1 for reservations. If you want a non-smoking room, tell the hotel when you make your reservation. Be sure and tell them you're with the Health Action 2007 conference to receive the special conference rate.
