Greetings
Join our Holiday Greetings Campaign

By vetoing children's health care, the President is forcing working American families to scramble to get coverage for their kids. This is shameful any time of year, but especially during the holiday season. What holiday message would you like to send to President Bush?

Here's one example we came up with. Remember, get creative!

Dear President Bush,

When it comes to our children, we want to give them the best of everything and their health care is no exception. Yet many working American families are unable to afford a simple visit to the doctor -- forcing millions of children to go without care.

Your veto of the children's health bill took away the hope that these children had of rising from the ranks of the uninsured -- something no child should ever feel.

Health care is not a privilege, it is a right. During this holiday season, please think about the 10 million children you could help by passing a strong children's health program. It is the least you could do for our most vulnerable citizens.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
