Melbourne nears completion of a three-year park restoration project for a safer neighborhood.  On June 8, Congregations for Community Action held a community forum with elected officials who committed to completion of the project with all the amenities residents had chosen.  In addition, improvements to the Driskell park area were detailed and scheduled for 2007.
