The 2008 Congressional elections are heating up, and once again money has taken precedence over the issues voters are most concerned about.

That's why Sam Waterston and other citizens have teamed up with Public Campaign Action Fund to support our Voters First Pledge, which urges federal candidates to support Fair Elections or full public financing of elections.
