Rape=War
There is a new Congress in Washington. It’s time to tell our elected representatives that violence against women and girls must stop now.
Please sign this petition and forward it to your friends, telling Congress to:
- Fund programs that prevent violence and respond to incidents of rape against women and girls
- Support efforts to help women and girls recover their dignity, health, livelihood, and families
- Include anti-sexual violence initiatives in relevant international assistance programs
IRC and Women’s Commission will present this petition to Congress this September demanding that the fight against sexual violence become a top legislative and funding priority.
50,399 people have already signed the petition. We urgently need many more to deliver a clear message to Congress. Sign it. Then please forward it on and tell a friend.
