We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit Rainforest Action Network.

The short explanation of this alert was:

On August 13, put pressure on companies that sell products containing rainforest destruction in the form of palm oil, and get them to join us in putting pressure on agribusiness giants ADM, Bunge and Cargill, the ABCs of rainforest destruction.

Fill out the form on the right to get your action toolkit, complete with "Warning: Product May Contain Rainforest Destruction" stickers.

Then, on August 13, gather your friends and join us for a "Stickering" Day of Action. Take your stickers and head to your nearest supermarket, where it's your job to make sure that products with palm oil don't leave the store without a warning label.

Together, we're going to make the statement that people really do care about human rights and the environment, and we're willing to take action! It will be just what we need to get companies to sign on to our pledge to stop using palm oil and to bring even more pressure on ADM, Bunge and Cargill.

Fill out the form on the right and we'll get in touch and send you everything you need to join in the Stickering Day of Action on August 13.

The toolkits will contain:

  • 25 stickers for each person taking action.
  • A step by step guide to taking part in the action, and reporting back.
  • Info on upcoming Day of Action conference calls, and ways to check in with RAN staff if you need more support.

People all across the country will be heading to their local supermarkets to label and sticker every product with palm oil on the shelves.

Sign up and help build the pressure to stop destroying rainforests for palm oil!
