Two members of the House Ethics Committee were forced by citizen pressure to recuse themselves because they donated to Tom DeLay's legal defense fund. But three other representatives on the panel have received campaign contributions from DeLay's PAC. In fact, DeLay's PAC has given to 226 of the 232 Republican members.
