American Rabbis: Join your colleagues from across the country and the denominational spectrum to raise a voice of conscience as we come upon the High Holidays.  The call proclaims that further violence in the Middle East is not the answer and that a ceasefire must be followed by engaged and sustained diplomacy to truly safeguard Israel's long-term peace and security.  

Heed the call of the psalms to "seek peace and pursue it" by signing the statement below.

The letter and signatories will be published in an ad in a major Jewish paper in September.
