If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit NJOHVA.The short explanation of this alert was: If New Jersey Assembly Bill A-4172 goes into effect it will be the end of off-road recreation in the state of New Jersey, because it will in effect force many New Jersey Motorcycle shops out of business and it's these businesses that support our form of recreation. If this law goes into effect many and we mean MANY potential OHV buyers will not consider the purchase of a Motorcycle or an ATV. If this bill goes into effect the chance of future OHV parks as well as events on public land will all but disappear because there will not be enough OHV users in New Jersey to support these events or the OHV parks.
The worse part about this legislation is that if it goes into effect, the only way that you will be able to enjoy public land is through the window of your SUV.
