Don't Ask Don't Tell - Sign Our Petition

The time to do away with Don't Ask, Don't Tell is now.  This discriminatory policy not only unfairly treats tens of thousands of service members who are putting their lives on the line for America, but hurts our Armed Forces, by discharging able, willing, and much-needed men and women.   Sign our petition below, to join the thousands of VoteVets.org veterans in calling for a repeal.

Full Petition Text:

We the undersigned stand with the thousands of veterans of VoteVets.org, in calling for President Obama and Congress to repeal Don't Ask, Don't Tell. This discriminatory policy hurts not only those it targets, but also our military itself. We can ill-afford to discharge desperately needed troops in the midst of two wars, when our military is already overstretched.

Today's military is professional and strong, and will continue to be so when troops are allowed to serve openly. That is why we stand with thousands of veterans at VoteVets.org in calling for an immediate repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell.
