Dear Member,

With President Obama pushing for real progress on a two-state solution, American Jews can make a huge difference by publicly standing behind him – and that's what Brit Tzedek is doing!

Please renew your membership today. Your membership donation makes our work possible.

With members of Congress, in the press, and in temples and synagogues, Brit Tzedek has been a prominent supporter of the President's drive for moving beyond the endless talks and inaction of the past that have contributed to the prolonging of this painful conflict.

Members of Congress – including an ever increasing number of Jewish members – sign resolutions and letters that we advocate for. The Jewish Telegraphic Agency (the Jewish equivalent of the Associated Press) repeatedly covers our positions and activities as it reports on reaction within the American Jewish community to events in the Middle East.  And discussion and debate in the Jewish community is focused more than ever on the role of the United States in Israel's struggle for peace. Brit Tzedek matters, and is needed more than ever. Help make it possible for us to do our work.

The Administration is speaking out clearly and repeatedly. When Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met with Obama in Washington, the President made clear that the US was not going to back down in its drive for a two-state solution. And Secretary of State Hillary Clinton reiterated US insistence that now is the time to end ALL new settlement activity – saying that even natural growth cannot be allowed to expand settlements.

Brit Tzedek needs your support, as we stand with President Obama in his efforts to broker a two-state solution.

Your past support of Brit Tzedek has been invaluable. It allowed us to gather the signatures of over 1,000 rabbis calling for active US diplomacy in the region. And it has contributed to the changed atmosphere in the Jewish community and in Congress. Now we need to build on these successes.

Pro-peace voices in the Jewish community have to step up at this crucial moment, and make clear that American Jews support the President in his efforts to bring about a two-state solution.

Will you continue to strengthen our efforts to mobilize public support for strong leadership for peace from the Administration and Congress?

Please renew your membership today.

As America's largest and most vibrant grassroots Jewish peace organization, we need your support to rally the Jewish community behind pro-peace initiatives, and counter the efforts of those who are working around the clock to stop any progress toward peace.

Please renew your Brit Tzedek membership today!

Brit Tzedek's voice is recognized and respected by our elected officials and by national leaders in the Jewish community. If we work together, we can make a huge difference.

Do not delay.  Renew today.

Thank you for continuing to stand with us.

Sincerely,

Steve Masters
President
