Dear Member,
Thank you so much for your past support for Brit Tzedek
v'Shalom. Our chapter and rabbinic-based organizing created the
atmosphere for the Administration and Congress to take the
aggressive pro-peace steps we have seen since Obama took office.
We have been building our political base over the past
six years in preparation for this moment.
Within two days of his inauguration, President Obama moved on
priorities Brit Tzedek had laid out in a letter signed by more
than 1,000 American rabbis: He committed himself to aggressive
and fully engaged diplomacy in the region, and named the highly
respected Sen. George Mitchell as special U.S. envoy, stating
clearly that Sen. Mitchell speaks directly for him and Secretary
of State Clinton.
This is just the beginning. Will you please continue to
strengthen our efforts to mobilize public support for strong
leadership for peace from the Administration and Congress?
Please renew your membership
today.
As America's largest and most vibrant grassroots Jewish peace
organization, we need your support to rally the Jewish community
behind pro-peace initiatives, and counter the efforts of fear
mongers who will be working around the clock to stop any
progress toward peace.
Please renew your Brit Tzedek membership
today!
Brit Tzedek's voice is recognized and respected by our
elected officials, and national leaders in the Jewish community.
If we work together, we can make a huge difference.
Do not delay. Renew today at: www.btvshalom.org
Thank you for continuing to stand with us.
Sincerely,
 Steve
